Collector-wise import

Choose which collector owns the customers in this file. Every imported row is linked to that collector (unless your Excel has a Collector Mobile column per row).

Supported formats

• Hiten master Excel — SR NO, VCNO, CUSTOMER NAME, ACT CUST CHARGES, STATUS (Active/Inactive). All rows are imported; one record per Sr. No. (re-import updates the same customer). Inactive customers are saved but hidden from the customer list. Add a Customer Mobile column for real numbers; if empty, a unique mobile is auto-generated from VCNO (not the collector's number).
• Standard — Customer Name, Customer Mobile, Monthly Amount; optional Sr. No., Setup Box (VCNO) and Collector Mobile.
• Column names accepted for serial: SR NO, Sr. No., SrNo, Serial Number, S.No, etc.
• Collectors logging in on mobile import under their own account automatically.
